Terms
We require a non-refundable deposit of 50% on all orders, with the balance payable upon receipt of product.  If payment is not made, a service charge in the amount of 1.5% per month (18% per Annum.) will be levied against all unpaid balances exceeding 30 days.     

Shipping
All shipments are FOB manufacturing plant or warehouse.  The customer is responsible for inspecting merchandise for damage, notifying the shipper of any damages or shortages, and for filing damage claims with the carrier. 

Cancellations or Changes
Cancellation of custom orders will result in the loss of deposit.  Cancellations and changes may be submitted prior to the order of materials.  Any cancellations or changes after this time will be subject to a proportionate charge.  Order changes may affect product availability and delivery. 

Limited Warranty
Workmanship is warranted for one year on tent frame parts.  Exclusions from this include damage caused by shipping, weather related damage, acts of God, misuse or incorrect installations and long or semi-permanent installations.

Guarantee
Commonwealth Event Company guarantees 100% satisfaction.  If for any reason the product is unacceptable, the merchandise may be returned within 30 days of receipt and Commonwealth Event will refund the price of the merchandise.  Merchandise must be returned in unused, new condition.  Custom orders are excluded.

Returns
Products cannot be returned to Commonwealth Event Company without advanced approval.  Merchandise must be returned in original packaging and freight prepaid.  Returns must be in unused, new condition and received within 30 days of original ship date.  A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returned goods to Commonwealth Event inventory.
